Carolina residents and those displaced by the hurricane can call 855-756-8708 to access care from the Teladoc Health network of board-certified, state licensed physicians for many non-emergency illnesses. Teladoc Health has also activated a separate dedicated hotline for use by those being helped by the American Red Cross.
